Good Payment Gateway but a bit delayed payment

  • Plugin is good, But my bitcoin payment came quite late in 30 mins around. also someone from the development team can explain why at checkout you show some other payment address and not our configured address?

    Hello,
    We generate a unique address for each order. When the customer sends the payment to this address, we will forward the payment to the address you have provided after deducting the CryptAPI fees.

    Please note that the Bitcoin blockchain can be slow in confirming transactions. For instance, orders involving USDT over Tron may take around 20 seconds to get confirmed.
