• I echo the reviews of multiple users. Do not spend any time on this plugin and please do not purchase the full version. I highly recommend Lumise Product Designer for WooCommerce instead. We spent hours configuring this plugin to do what we needed, only to realize that once a product was customized it would not add to the cart. This was the case on default WordPress themes with all plugins deactivated. The support team was very slow to respond, and it took 2 months for them to try and resolve the issue, to no avail, and it ended with us telling them to stop trying to fix it as we found another solution. To make matters worse, we did not qualify for a refund. DO NOT USE THIS PLUGIN! Use Lumise Product Designer instead.

    I do understand your position and how you must feel about the present situation of things.

    We firmly believe in and stand behind our product 100%, but we also understand that it cannot work perfectly for everyone all of the time. I looked through our conversations with you where you stated the initial problem; this query was submitted 3 weeks after your refund policy window (we have proof).

    It’s unfortunate that our plugin didn’t work perfectly for you and I’m indeed sorry that your refund request came outside of the refund policy window.

    Upon thorough investigation carried out on this case, you specifically ordered our dev team (as they were trying to resolve your query) to entirely discontinue their attempt to fix the issue because you had chosen another solution.

    Even at that time, which was over 2 months ago, you were outside of the refund policy window.

    I’m very sorry we had to part ways like this.
