    So I bought the pro plugin only to find it produces a php error. I can’t login to their support site because they never sent me any login details after the purchase. They did send me a link to download the pro plugin (the one with the php-error) so I answered that link in hop to reach them this way, but they have not replied in more than three weeks.

    In short: This plugin is crap and it has no support. This equals scam so stay away!

    Can you let me know the PHP error is and I can try to help here.

    The account was created on purchase with your email. You can use the Lost Password link under the form to create a new one.

    Let me know what you find out and we can go from here to get this resolved.

    I would appreciate a response. You made some bold claims and I offered support, but you have been silent since my response within 9 hours of your original post.

    I did review our emails from the time period and I cannot find any reports of PHP errors so I am not sure where the email was sent.

    Hi Brian, thanks for responding. I see now that the missing support form is active again and hopefully I can sign in to my account as well – thanks for that! Perhaps it was all due to a faulty web page – and if so I sincerely apologise for my accusations. I was upset because I invested time in integrating your add-on and when it caused problems and It was impossible to contact you I found another solution (your reminder is the first ever response from you that I actually see).
