Scammers + Issues

I got the free version and had to go to the Pro version. Not only did it break many parts of my website but when I contacted support due to some error messages when activating their plugin, they tried to gain admin access to my site to switch the theme, I told them I was not going to give them that access and asked for a refund of the pro-plugin since it was not working properly, they refused and said it was my theme and not their plugin that would not activate like the rest of the plugins everyone accesses from the plugin store. Worst and most rude support ever! I am placing a claim with my bank because their product is simply garbage and their attempt to hack you and get access to vital information is just ridiculous. This is what happens when WordPress lets cheap oversea companies without any certification get it and cause damage to other sites.
