Hello,

I followed everything that could possibly be done at this page:

But nothing I have done has helped. I even have increased max_execution_time in php.ini to 3 hours but still no help.

It seems the PHP memory_limit has been reached:

In such case you need to increase the memory_limit in the php configuration file (php.ini)

However, in order to make sure the issue isn’t caused by other elements in your environment, could you please:
- Go to the Wordfence Tools page
- Click the Diagnostics tab
- Scroll down to the Send Report by Email section
- Send the report to yann[at]wordfence[dot]com

Hi @techspecx,

Thank you for sending the report.

I couldn’t find anything in it that would suggest another cause than the one I previously mentioned (PHP memory_limit).

This article on our documentation platform addresses this specific error.

Should the problem persist I suggest you enable WP_DEBUG in order to gather additional information.

First thing you might want to try is to increase the PHP memory_limit.

If the problem is still occurring after that, please create a new topic in the forum; apparently similar issues can have very different causes.

I would also suggest you enable WP_DEBUG.

Hi YAnn,

That worked! Just increase the memory_limit and also increase memory_execution_time and that works great.

Suggestion to @android1pro is to increase memory_limit to 256MB first and memory_execution_time to 60 and test – if you need to do more then increase.
