    Hi tonyt57,

    This might be a different issue — can you make a new post using the form at the bottom of the Wordfence forum here and post the last 10 lines of the “Scan detailed activity” box after a scan fails? (The www.ads-software.com forum rules ask us to keep each person’s issues separate, and it also helps us keep track of open issues, so no one gets skipped in long posts.) Thanks!

    Thanks for your help. I did as you suggested and it now scans OK. It seems to be fixed, so that’s great.

    (I couldn’t find “disable config caching” on the options page, maybe I just can’t see for looking! I’ll try again.)

    Anyway, it is all working now and thanks again for your excellent support!

    Thanks for confirming — let us know if there is any more trouble.

    I must have typed “options page” out of habit — the “Disable config caching” box was moved to the Diagnostics page, and I guess I’m still not quite used to it. ??
