Scan can't start

I don’t know why, but the scan can’t start today. I was checking the tutorial https://docs.wordfence.com/en/My_scans_aren%27t_starting._What_would_cause_that%3F
but it was not enought. The Scan Summary don’t move, neither the Scan Detailed Activity.Could you help me please?
The plugin is updated, but the wordpress not yet.
