Hello, thanks for your tool. I used it once and all went pretty well. Cool thing.
I build a theme for my friend on my localhost and copied it with your plugin on my test server that she can fill the content.

Now I want to copy it from my test server to the final destination of my friends website.
But when I scan for files, it says that there are no files counted. the size shows 0BG and the scan just took less than a second. It counts 249 directories, but no files.

I tried to build the package nevertheless, it showed be to installer and the archive (just 300kb database), but I can’t download it. it just link to a 404.

All requirements are green, there is no error I can see.
    What could I did wrong?

    Thanks for your help.
    Dennis

  • Hey @dennishelbig,

The first thing that comes to mind is possibly permission issues, beyond that somehow the path may not be getting read correctly… That is a bit odd.

I posted the log content here before I saw your instruction to not do this, sorry for that.

I set all permissions in the ftp directory to 777, just to be sure that this is not the issue.
It still can’t find or catch files, the message from the log is always with every directory.:

WARNING: Unable to zip directory: '/mnt/webc/c3/97/53894297/htdocs/ysl/wp-admin/css/colors/blue'

Also I still can’t download the Archive or Installer.

Are there maybe other permissions to set beside the directory ones?

    Thanks you
    Dennis

You may have to change the group or owner of the folder/files as well. I would work with you host to find out what perms need to be set. If you want to submit a support ticket to me I could look at your system, but it might be awhile before I can get to it. If you do decide to do that, be sure to reference this thread.

    Thanks

    Okay. You where right.
There is a php commands which are disabled on the servers of my provider, because of security reasons. I had a conversation with the support stuff on the phone just now.

so, as it seams, there is no way to use your plugin with my current host at this time.
    Need to do it manually.

But thanks for your help and your plugin, works great for me on my localhost. It’s an awesome gift.

    Best

No Problem… Thanks for the update!
