Please, deactivate the plugin with the “Complete deactivation” option enabled and then activate it again.
- Enter the Security by Cleantalk plugin settings. (WordPress Dashboard -> Settings -> Security by Cleantalk -> General settings)
- Check the last settings “Complete deactivation” and save changes.
- Deactivate the plugin on the “Plugins” page in WordPress Dashboard.
- Then activate it.
- Enter your access key in the plugin’s settings.
