I did everything mentioned in the article, and checked other threads. Nothing on my diagnostics tab indicates the problems. Help?

  • Hey @hpthatsme,

I know you mentioned you didn’t see anything glaring in the Diagnostics, but can you send me a Diagnostics report so I can get a better overview of your environment? Please navigate to Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics. Here you can select SEND REPORT BY EMAIL. Please include your www.ads-software.com username and update this thread after you’ve sent it.

    Thanks,

    Gerroald

    Just sent you the report.

    Hey @hpthatsme,

I’m not able to find the email. Can you please try sending it again?

Are you receiving any other emails from WordPress? You can test this by navigating to Tools > Diagnostics > Other Test, which is at the very bottom of the page. You’ll notice two options to send test emails.

Send a test email from this WordPress server to an email address
Send a test activity report email

    Thanks,

You know what, I just instinctively replied to the email sent by www.ads-software.com, and I just realized that is a “noreply” email address. I don’t see anywhere how to email you the info, can you let me know where?

    Hey @hpthatsme,

From the WordPress Dashboard navigate to Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics. Here you can select SEND REPORT BY EMAIL.

Please do update this thread in case there’s an issue with receiving the email.

    Thanks,

Just checking in to see if you ever did receive the report I sent you?

No scans for almost a month now. Should I start a new topic? Is this thing on? Check, check 1-2?

Just following up in case anyone else has this issue. I never did hear back from plugin support on this thread, so I tried uninstalling the plugin and reinstalling it. This seemed to work.

If you need to do this, make sure you go to All Options > General Wordfence Options and check “Delete Wordfence tables and data on deactivation” first, then deactivate and delete, then reinstall.
