We've been getting consistent scanned failed messages. This is from a site hosted at Hostgator I've tried allowing more resources and set "Start all scans remotely". I'm not seeing any noticeable errors. These are the last of the logs. I replaced the domain name with domain.com. Are you able to decifer anything from this or would you need more provided?

    Hello, @jaypeg

Please navigate to?Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics and click?Send Report by Email?at the top. Send that to wftest @ wordfence . com and please put your forum username in the second field there.

Also on the same page at the bottom in?Debugging Options, please enable the option?Enable debugging mode.?In this same section, be sure the?Start all scans remotely?option is disabled for now.

Next, go to?Wordfence > Scan > Scan Options and Scheduling?and check to see if the bottom two options in?General Options?are disabled. It would be best to have those disabled for now (Scan files outside your WordPress installation, and Scan images, binary, and other files as if they were executable)

Just below that, in the Performance Options, set the Maximum execution time for each scan stage to 20.

In the Advanced Scan Options area under that section, please set Maximum number of attempts to resume each scan stage to 5. Be sure to save the changes.

You can then go back to the scan page, cancel any scan that may be running, and start a new one. When it hangs up or fails, click the “View Full Log” there above the scan and copy over the top 20-30 lines or so and send them over here if you can. If the scan does fail, check the Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics > Log Files area for any error logs with today’s date and if you see one, download that and send it to the wftest @ wordfence . com email with your forum username as the subject.

    Thanks,
    Scott
