I was thinking about upgrading my PHP version from 5.6 to 7.2 and I just saw your post.

So does it mean Wordfence is not compatible with PHP 7.0 and later versions?

    Please confirm.

It certainly does NOT mean that. I, for one, have used both 7.0 and 7.1. I am sure you can find many, many other users who successfully use PHP 7.0 or higher with Wordfence.

What is does mean is that saeed61411 has an unknown problem based on his own environment, one that is impossible to troubleshoot due to the lack of information provided. At the very least, one would expect a report of the exact error messages encountered, when and under what circumstances.

    Hi @saeed61411,

I would like to have a look at your Wordfence diagnostics report. Please go to the top of the “Diagnostics” tab on the Wordfence “Tools” page. There will be a “SEND REPORT BY EMAIL” button to send the diagnostics report. Enter phil [at] wordfence [dot] com as the email and @saeed61411 as the forum username please.

Once you have emailed me the diagnostics report can you reply here to let me know that it has been sent. This is important in the unlikely event that your installation of WordPress is having an issue with sending mail.

    Thank you.

    Hi @saeed61411,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’ve gone ahead and marked this thread as resolved.

Please feel free to open another thread if you’re still having issues with Wordfence.

    Thanks!
