scan just runs on and on

I have tried deleteing and then reinstall. In doing so I still get the same notices,like I am still running the plugin and did not reinstall. I can not get it to go passed this part of the scan Comparing core WordPress files against originals in repository

I had changed time run aloment nothing seem to have worked for me. My last sucsessful scan was feb. 2.
