Scan not performing

    Hi,

    i have an issue with scan feature.
    Indeed in every single one of my website that i host at PlanetHoster, Wordfence will never finish a scan.
    In fact it will begin it, but never say it finish, and do not show any sign of work (get stuck after this line : [May 23 12:46:18]Fetching list of known malware files from WordfenceSuccess.)

    So i’m unable to scan any of my site, it was working great before, i’m not sure what change beside the plugin version…

  • I opened my own post yesterday about my own scans not performing, and no one has responded to it yet. Did I do something wrong? Or does it just take a day or two sometimes? Thank you. Sorry to keep clogging up this one! ??

    Hi Julia, like you can see by yourself, i’m still waiting for an answer too.

    So yeah it’s normal, consider buing the premium version if you want fast support. Or just wait, and be thanksfull that support is provided for free version.
