I have a medium level scan result that says the plugin is old and possibly to delete it. this plugin is not on my website

The Plugin “WordPress HTTPS (SSL)” appears to be abandoned (updated January 11, 2018, tested to WP 4.9.13).
    Type: Plugin Abandoned

Hello @dlajoie and thanks for reaching out to us!

It’s most likely you have a plugin that hooks into WP’s updater / plugins API and returns bad values, but I don’t think I’ve seen any of these treated as an object. It’s possible a third-party plugin’s hooks are returning bad data because it can’t reach its developers’ servers either.

If you could provide a Diagnostic Report to us, we can check to verify what exactly is going on.

Can you send a diagnostic report to wftest @ wordfence . com? You can find the link to do so at the top of the Wordfence Tools > Diagnostics page. Click on Send Report by Email. Please add your forum username where indicated and respond here after you have sent it.

Note: For the fastest response time, please make sure and add any information or questions directly to this ticket and not the email address above unless asked.

    Thanks!
