Scan Report and plugin improvements

1) Can you add to your report next information:
– date/time of scan
– current version of plugins
– link to plugin on wp.org (if it’s available)
– add local checkbox “fixed” or “reported”

2) It will be great if you will add some template for quick report to developers.
