Scan selected plugins and themes only

Nice plugin. However, to save time, I would love to see a “Scan selected plugins and themes” option. It would display a list of all plugins and themes installed and let you check which ones to scan.

If there’s a set of plugins used on many sites and known to be compatible, there’s no reason to scan them over and over again. Instead, I’d want to only scan the plugins unique to that site.
