Scan Stoped after Forking

I have tried all the options on this page. https://www.wordfence.com/help/scan/troubleshooting/#scan-process-ended-after-forking Without any luck. What em I missing here?

Steps to test and whitelist:

* Running on cloudflair with IP Whitelist/Firewall Rule ( In place )
* WF > Tools > Diagnostics > Self Connect / WF Server test ( Good )
* Make sure our servers are not blocked from reaching your site ( whitelisted above )
* Check the WordPress AJAX handler ( returned 0 )
* No htaccess rules put in place for wp-admin
* Purged CF Cache
* Purged Server Cache
* Start all scans remotely ( checked )
* Enable SSL Verification ( disabled / no change )
* Purged Mem-cache more than 5 times – even disabled it
