    hi
    in last 2 days my connection to wordfence severs completely disconnected and i cant even scan my site. this is the errors that i get:
    Call to Wordfence API to resolve IPs failed: We received a data structure that is not the expected array when contacting the Wordfence scanning servers and calling the ‘resolve_ips’ function

    i checked every thing
    ask my host to whitelist wordfence ip range
    disable SSL verification
    enable Debugging
    Disable reading of php://input
    and even Enable beta threat defense feed

    why suddenly this errors happen

  • Hey @alirezakhodaeii,

    Have there been any changes in your server environment?

    What version of PHP are you running? If it’s not a 7+ version can you please ask your host to upgrade you to a more stable and secure 7+ version to see if it helps?

    You’ll also want to ask them to make sure the JSON extension is enabled.

    i asked my host manager to update php to the last version (7.3.7) and now the problem is solved
