    Hi,

    I experiencing errors on SEO checkup of thid SmartCrawl plugin. It won’t run completely.

    This is the message: “Scan timed out and was unable to complete.”

    This is the website URL https://www.missbella.com.au/

    Can anyone help?

    Hope you’re well.

    When I check your URL from our API side, I am seeing that it’s working correctly. Can you check again is scan still time out?

    If the problem continues, can you try plugin conflict test? You need to deactivate all plugins except SmartCrawl and try the scan again. But because of this can cause data loss please try after backing up your site.

    @wpmudev-support8 done disabling all except WPMU DEV plugin but still SEO CHECKUP won’t run completely.

    This is the error message: Scan timed out and was unable to complete.

    Hey @junyx89,

    Hope you’re well.

    When we check your site we are seeing some broken sitemap links on /robots.txt and they can cause this issue. I already created a bug report for handling robots.txt file better, but to solve this now can you check the links and remove the broken ones?

    I want to mention one more thing, because of free version has some limitations, can you try after 24 hours of making changes to the robots.txt file?

    Thanks for the quick response… i updated done updating the robots file but still won’t run completely
