Scandic filenames are incorrect

When i Make a local backup and download all the zipfile
then try extract 7-zip in windows or unzip in linux
the filenames that has ??? (scandic letters) become |~ and something like that
” y├? “When i look inside the zip, i see that it is there.
So please fix your plugin! its unusable!!
