Scanning Ticket QR Code Links To Frontend Homepage Instead of Ticket Verificatio

  • I have an installation that is linking scanned tickets to the frontpage of the wordpress site rather than to a verification page for the ticket.

    Is there a specific setting that controls this behavior that I am overlooking?

    I have My Tickets plugin installed on another website that does not have this problem but I am not observing any differences between the two and how they are setup.

    There are no controls that govern that; it sounds like it could be a conflict with a theme or plug-in? If you disable all plug-ins and/or switch to a default theme, does this problem still occur?
