    So apparently if I want to do a standard scan and include the themes and plugins I have to upgrade to a premium version. Is this correct? If not the std option goes away when the themes and plugins is checked.

    Do you mean these options?
    – Scan theme files against repository versions for changes
    – Scan plugin files against repository versions for changes

    If so, then the answer to your question is no, when you select these options the scan will be switched to “Custom”, that’s it, no need to upgrade to premium if you want to include these options in the scan.
