Schedule Facebook blog post

Hi, I would like to be able to auto-post ,when I schedule, a Facebook post with the link of my new article.

To be more precise:

I create an article as a draft that I schedule for example at 8:30.

At 8:30 the article is published and at 9h a link to my article is auto publish to my Facebook page with a predefined image and messsage.

Is it something possible? How can I do that? Is there any good pluggin that could do that?

I would like to be able to prepare my articles and posts a lot of time before because I know that I will be absent for a while.
