Schedule Posts not working

I cannot schedule future posts on my Blog.
I have installed this plugin but I still cannot schedule future posts.
https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/wp-missed-schedule/installation/I have followed these instructions
Download WP Missed Schedule from www.ads-software.com plugin repository.
Make new directory /mu-plugins/ on /wp-content/ via FTP
Upload wp-missed-schedule.php into /mu-plugins/ via FTP.Does anyone know what I need to do next?
