• I’m having an issue that seems to have plagued others as well, however I haven’t found a fix.

Problem: I set a variable product to start and end it’s sale on different days. When I save, the product shows the correct sale price. However, when the day comes to end the sale, the product doesn’t revert back to it’s original price. The weird thing though is that the sale price field is empty inside the product, but it doesn’t seem to have updated the product after the sale ended. Screenshots below for examples.

My client has a store which they sometimes run sales on. On this page https://dev.wichitawingnuts.com/product-category/hat/page/2/ There is Wingnuts Under Armour Black Hat that shows a sale price. This sale should have ended a few days ago.

In the dashboard when viewing the product list, you can see the price hasn’t updated: https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/2037679/55599671ef751eb244bbc7d70638904b

When going in to edit the sale price of the product, the sale price field is empty: https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/2037705/d0d6116107bba0aa6b704c9c6408a6f3

I installed WP Crontrol and ran the woocommerce_scheduled_sales cron but it didn’t update the product back to its original price.

Anything else I can try to resolve this?

Are you sure there’s no DB caching involved?

Unless the host is caching the database I don’t have any caching plugins installed that would be doing that. I don’t have any caching plugins installed period.

Is there anyone else who can help? I don’t understand why the scheduled sale price field would be blank after the sale ends but the product doesn’t actually get updated.

    Thank you
