Schedule the Updating of an *Existing* Page

Are you using a static home page and then have to manually update it?

Otherwise, a published post usually automatically appears on the home page.

This would be a great feature to have.

I’ve created a theme which uses custom taxonomies and custom fields to give editors control over where and how posts are displayed. However it means getting new content on the home page requires a lot of custom taxonomies being shuffled around in predictable ways. Being able to schedule this would be wonderful.
