Hello, I’m using the free version of this plug in. My doubt is that when I activate de plug in appears Scheduled Actions in the Tools section of the Administration. Why is this happening? I don’t find documentation about this. Thank you.

Hello @manuamaro – sorry for this inconvenience.

Could you send us a screenshot of the exact issue that you are having from your end?

In addition, I would suggest you check out this?documentation and see if it gives you anything useful to go on: Checking JavaScript Errorshttps://docs.wppopupmaker.com/article/373-checking-javascript-errors

If that does not help, then may I ask, do you have any WooCommerce plugin active on your website? If yes, please be advised that after the latest update, there seems to be an issue and it is not our plugin but in a library, we share with several other prominent plugins like WooCommerce. Something is causing that libraries’ database tables not to generate in a small fraction of sites.

For more information, read this insight from our lead developer: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/critical-error-after-update-4/#post-13124120

Now, please try installing the Action Scheduler plugin as a workaround fix.

Some users had luck fixing it by installing the plugin directly:?https://github.com/woocommerce/action-scheduler/releases

    I hope that helps.

@manuamaro, @mariatogonon – This is part of our plugin via the most recent update. We now include the WooCommerce Action Scheduler library which handles background processes such as our upgrades and some analytics calculations.

We did this to both improve reliability of batch processes and improve performance for sites on shared hosting.

The library is included with many popular plugins including WooCommerce, and that page is there so you can easily see the queued processes, completed ones and even rerun them etc.

We will get that documented, sorry for the confusion.
