Scheduled Automati Newsletter send out several times

    Hi there,

    I am sending out an automatic schedules newsletter to subscribers of one list. This newsletter is, however, on the scheduled time, send out 2-10 (!!!) times to every subscriber. The sending time for all those newsletters is the same. I am normally using the built-in Mailpoet-Cronjob (but also with server-side it is exactly the same issue)

    Any idea how to solve this – quite annoying – issue?

    Any idea or solution. The plugin is hardly usable like this as double-mails are very annoying.

    I tested on three other wordpress installation on different servers – the same is happening on all!

    Are you sure the option “Enable MailPoet’s Cron” on MailPoet Settings page, Advaced tab, Geeky options link is checked at the option: 

    I'll setup a cron job on my server to execute at the frequency I want. Read about setting up a cron job yourself.

    This is the only option where you won’t have any duplicated newsletters.

    Nope, as I have enough visitors it is enabled and the the second option is ticked, where the visitors will trigger the Mailpoet Cronjobs.

    Well, that’s the problem: your “enough visitors” are the ones that are causing your MailPoet to send duplicated newsletters. You should select the other option and then create a server side cron: https://support.mailpoet.com/knowledgebase/configure-cron-job/
