scheduled backup not running

    I am running on Dreamhost php7.3 FastCGI and latest WordPress 5.3.2 plugin version 1.3.3
    When I run the backup manually it works great. When I schedule the backup it will not run. I will see it count down to next back up reach 0 and then start counting upwards, but no backups occur, no logs either. Can you help fix this?

    Hi @petrus4,

    I’m sorry to hear the scheduled backups are not running, and I appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We may need to update the newly added logging system to be more extensive for scheduled backups. In the mean time, are you able to check your server’s error logs and let us know if you see any errors?

    Hi @petrus4 thanks for the update! I created a GitHub issue so that we can improve our logging system for events like this – https://github.com/BoldGrid/boldgrid-backup/issues/235 If the issue happens again, please let us know and we can prioritize this new feature and get it out the door a bit sooner.
