Scheduled Backups Fail on wp_posts
-
Manual backups work fine, but scheduled backups keep failing on wp_posts. I’ve increase memory and not sure what else to do to troubleshoot.

@aleviton
Could you please go to BackWPup > Settings > Jobs, try to set Maximum Script Execution Time setting to about 25 seconds.
After that, go to BackWPUp -> Settings -> Logs -> Logging Level -> Debug(not translated ), re-run the job again.
If it not work, give me the latest log file at BackWPUp -> Logs also the server info (BackWPUp -> Settings -> Infomation -> “Get debug info” )
Thanks!This started after switching servers, in case that helps. The undefined index error is new. I’ve also tried maxing out the max execution time.

Hi @aleviton
Please follow this tutorial to increase memory limit to about 256mb:
https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/increasing-the-wordpress-memory-limit/Edit your wp-config.php file
Add this to the top, before the line that says, “Happy Blogging”:define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');
Hope that helps ??
Hi,
Thanks for the response, but as my logs state, the memory is already at 512MB. My guess is that this has something to do with PHP 7.3.
Hi @aleviton
oh sorry I didn’t check the server info correctly, is it possible for you switch back to 7.2 then try again?
Thanks!Yes, that’s what I ended up doing, then I posted this to Github: https://github.com/inpsyde/backwpup/issues/83
