    Hello,

    First of all, thank you for this amazing plugin. I have been using the free version of the Updraft plus plugin on my website, hemamagesh.com for over 4 years now.

    I have just noticed that the backups have not been happening for quite some time now, though they have been scheduled twice a day. The last log message says, “The backup apparently succeeded and is now complete”. But it does not show up on the existing backups on the Updraftplus dashboard. Neither is it found on the google drive for which I have given authentication. All settings are perfect. I tried backing up manually and it works. Not sure why the scheduled backups are not happening. Pl guide me on what to do.

    Hi,

    To help us work out the cause of your problem, can you please send us a copy of the backup log?
    This log can be found in the Existing Backups tab of the UpdraftPlus dashboard.
    If you cannot access the UpdraftPlus dashboard, then you can find the log file in the ‘wp-content/updraft’ directory via FTP or your hosts’ file manager.

    Thank you for the quick response. Its working fine now after I deleted and changed the existing settings. Marking as resolved.
