Scheduled backups not running

    This client has Updraft set up to back up his site and database weekly to his drop box account, and to keep two backups. Recently he looked at the backups listed on the Settings page, and it hadn’t been backed up since December 2023. He then did a manual backup, but wonders why his scheduled backups aren’t running, or at least aren’t listed.

    Hi,

    Can you click on the “Rescan remote storage” link to refresh the backup list?

    Yes, I clicked that and it shows two old backups from December 2023, and the manual backup that the client did on May 5. But no scheduled backups.

    Can you install the free plugin WP Crontrol and take a screenshot of your Cron Events?
