My scheduled backups stopped running after November 18. I’m currently running Version 1.16.37.

I just tried a manual backup that seemed to work fine, including a push to Dropbox.

Any suggestions to get scheduled backups working again? Thanks!

  • Mine has done the same beginning on the 19th. I have run a manual backup and it does work fine. I tried changing the schedule and it still won’t run a scheduled backup. I don’t see any errors in the log:

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi both,

Can you check if your scheduled backups work on version 1.16.37?

There was an issue in 1.16.36 that was stopping scheduled backups from running sorry about that.

It should all work on 1.16.37 but if you have any issues I can help.

    Best Wishes,

    Ashley

Yes, I am experiencing the issue on 1.16.37.

I updated today and the scheduled backup did run today. I’ll report back in a few days to let you know if it has continued.

    Thanks

Under Settings, I hit “Save Changes” without having actually changed anything, and the scheduled backups seem to be working again.
