Scheduled Details Not Appearing

The Scheduled details in for the individual details is not appearing as shown in the screenshot https://drive.google.com/file/d/1YEsyeWE8tv4IyEerZI9OOerh364LLjgC/view?usp=sharing.
However we tested same thing on the dev site and details are displayed with no issue. Is this something to do with hosting, as the dev site is hosted in T35 and the live site hosted in GoDaddy.
