Scheduled email not working

    Hello Team,

    i have configure a mail and scheduled it.. but seems like wp cron is not triggering.. nothing happens at scheduled time. no email sent , nothing. when i try to send email manually it works. but automatic email send on scheduled time not working.

  • Hello Sandeep,

    Could you confirm that the problem you are experiencing is related to Broadcast Emails? Did you check the report related to this campaign under Email Subscribers > Reports?

    Also, please share us a few screenshots highlighting the Email Sending configuration under Email Subscribers > Settings > Email Sending.
