    Hi,

    in the Site Health Status from WordPress I get the following message: “The scheduled event, ql_flush_w3tc_cache, is late to run. Your site still works, but this may indicate that scheduling posts or automated updates may not work as intended.”

    What’s it about? The plugin has been deactivated for a couple of days, because of some cache issues with our server but we still get the message.

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @tomenr

    Thank you for reaching out and I am happy to help!
    The ql_flush_w3tc_cache is not set by the W3 Total Cache. So you either have some custom cron job set that is called ql_flush_w3tc_cache which is created to flush the W3TC cache in the set time period, or some other plugin or a theme has created this.

    Since the ql_flush_w3tc_cache is still active once the W3TC is disabled, it is definitely not from the W3 Total Cache.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

    Thanks for the quick reply. I will go and check where this cron job is.
    Now I am sure that is not coming from your plugin.

    Adding the following line to your wp-config.php file:
    define(‘DISABLE_WP_CRON’, true);
