  • Hello,

Please could de-activate and uninstall the current plugin and then re-install and activate a new version before attempting another backup.

of course, but is it possible to fix it or understand the issue? I mean is not very reliable to keep a plugin that fixes itself with a uninstall and reinstall ??

    Hello,

The missing file referenced in the log file (yes.php) is not part of a normal UpdraftPlus plugin installation – without direct access to your server I would not be able to say why it is there unfortunately.

    hi,

if the file yes.php is not part of UpdraftPlus, how come that UpdraftPlus?is requiring that file?

Can you try deactivating your other plugins and running a backup. Do you still get the issue?

Uninstalled, and instaleed again. No more problems and it is performing the backup daily. No idea what happened

Glad that it’s working, if you starting getting any further issues, start a new thread but link in this one and we can look into it.
