Scheduled imports not working

    Hi – I have about 50 pages of scheduled imports and they should be updating daily but the function doesn’t seem to be working. I have refreshed the FB app etc and can manually import but this takes ages to go through and I do need the auto-schedule to work. Any ideas?

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    Basically when you set auto schedule, plugin set cron job with WordPress which is run by server on regular specified interval so that run program to import event and events get imported. So if any issue with running cron job then it can happen.

    The problem is that if you set up automated importing of events(scheduled events) depends on cron of server.
    You can check “WP Cron Events” using “WP Control”(https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-crontrol/). Please check to Tools –> Cron Events after install and activate plugin.you don’t need to so any other configuration .

    Let us know if you have any errors are there.

    Its Alternative way to run cron. you can contact your hosting provider to cron get working.

    Thanks – I can see the scheduled CRON jobs now … unfortunately out of around 500 I had set up in the scheduler only about a dozen are showing as active in wp-control. Is there any way of the missing ones being reactivated in bulk or will they have to be re-done manually?

    May be WP Cron is disable on your server. is there any warning message in above on this page? also can you please press run now button and let us know any warning messages are there?
