Scheduled post not publishing since 4.4 update

  • WordPress was updated to 4.4 last night. My post scheduled to be posted today didn’t get published. I had to manually publish the post.

  • Can you replicate the problem using the default theme with all plugins deactivated?

    Have you tested it since then to see if it works. Since there was an automatic update it may have caused it to not post. Try to schedule another post to see if it works or not. Also make sure that your time is properly set in Settings > General.

    I scheduled a new post and it worked. Thank goodness! I have an upcoming post that was scheduled prior to the update. I guess I’ll have to wait and see if it gets published automatically. Thanks. ??

    I’m having the same problem again now that 4.4.1 updated. NONE of my scheduled posts
    are posting. I have to go back and re-schedule them a second time before they
    work. I haven’t made any changes to other plugins or themes.

    Impossible to schedule a post update. It seems that this option is no longer available. You can fill in the date and time, but it doesn’t schedule. The update button used to change to “schedule” but that no longer happens.

    Hello??? Any updates on this thread?

    I haven’t heard a thing. I did find a plugin that seems to solve the problem; however, WordPress really needs to come up with a fix. A response would also be nice.
