Scheduled posting . tweet created message, no tweets

If you schedule a wp posting in advance, you get a message that a tweet was sent.

Shouldn’t this message be rephrased to make clear, that a twitter post is created after the wp postings goes live?

And furthermore a tweet is not sent, aber the wordpress posting is relaesed.
