Scheduled posts are not posted

  • I have two installations of WP 4.5.2 that are active. They are running on the same server. As far as I can see, the settings are the same for both installation.

    On them most recent installation, scheduled posts are noe published. And I find no way to bypass the scheduler and publish manually. I have to make a new post by copying the content, and publish.

    On the other (older) istallation, the scheduled postings are posted as they should.

    It seems that the timing is not working as it should. It seems that the postings are published on UTC time, despite that the time zone is set to Oslo (UTC -1, now with daylight saving time => UTC -2). The latest posting was published tow hours after it was scheduled.

    These postings were first drafted and scheduled when local tilme was set to default = UTC, but have been updated many time since that.
