Scheduled posts being sent to Mastodon

All of my scheduled posts appear on Mastdon before they are published. Look at @khurtwilliams@islandinthenet.com via your mastodon account.

A bit more detail.
On WordPress, a scheduled post is not publicly visible.
This plugin, however, sends an excerpt of the scheduled post to Mastodon, exposing the media attachment and the first 400 characters of the post or the post excerpt. It also posts a preview link.
