I have been user of this plugin for many years on several of my sites – so am very aware how it works etc (was previously pro user also, but cannot afford it at the moment)

Everything use to work fine, except when there was the plugin update, i noticed it would not send to buffer, but if i went to reset – it would work. BUT now since the last few updates – my scheduled posts would not work on Publish mode

It doesn’t work (send to buffer) if my posts are Scheduled, (and the WP to Buffer Log is Blank)

It works if i Publish straight away or Update (if i enable Update)

Also when i Publish straight away.. WP to Buffer Log (NO) says error for Twitter and (YES) for Facebook — but in actually Twitter and Facebook are posted to Buffer

p/s my WP Cron is set to OFF with wp cron event run --due-now --skip-themes --skip-plugins --path=/home/xxxx

Thank You for your assistance ?

    Hi,

Access to the site in question would be required to debug, as we have no other reports of:

    1. Scheduled Posts not being sent to Buffer (keen to better understand your CRON setup here – quoting: “my WP Cron is set to OFF”. If you’re disabling WordPress’ Cron, I would be very surprised if any solution works for scheduled Posts)

    2. Log stating that posting to Twitter failed when it succeeded.

Feel free to raise a support request via https://www.wpzinc.com/support.

    Thanks.

thanks for reply – i have switched it off for now and using IFTTT to send scheduled/new posts to buffer – and that is working for me.
