Hi,
Thank you for using CusRev.
Our plugin does not support logging the review reminder (WP Cron). Once the reminder is triggered/executed, it is deleted from the list.
If you want to log the review reminders, please use the CR Cron.
If you want to check everything works properly, please try to:
– Make an order in the frontend.
– Complete the checkout process.
– Go to admin area > WooCommerce > Orders > Change the order status to Processing/Completed.
– Send the review reminder > Submit a review.Hello i did but not create a hew reminders.. i have also a staging site to test better
i ask you also but fromwhen there was the optino to be checked at checkout by customer to accept to receive the reminder? Perhaps customers doesn’t click
on staging site i click for faek order but nothing happened… imhave to create a new account for staging with subdomain
Is there a way to recall the reminders for the orders in processing mode not completed yet????
18.210.171.51 i put this on cloudflare ip not blocked.. perhaps this is the problem ? could be? what the ip of cusrev servers? thanks
Hi,
Please go to admin area > WooCommerce > Orders > Edit the fake order > Share some screenshots of the order notes.
And share some screenshots of the settings page Reviews > Settings > Review Reminder tab.If you want to re-schedule a reminder for an order, you can try to change the status to Refunded > Save > Change back to Pending Payment and change to Processing/Completed to schedule a reminder.
Or send a reminder manually by following this solution How to Manually Send Review Reminders?here some screenshots from staging site (that is not synced with CR cron due free is only for main domain
on the live site i see many customers not tick the consent to be sent the review reminders ? in the past all was automatically added… from when did you change ? and now only mandatory (by when i not focused) from which version of the plugin? i see from 26 of june 2023 stopped to added reminders and all previous deleted poissible?
i see how to manage not automatic but manual sending i have some customers that provide the consent to sent reminders BUT before 26 june i try to send and i not know if be consigned!?
i changed now CR cron to WP cron on staging site to see if something changed and able to send manually reminders

on staging i try your suggestion, refunded pending payment then processing again and the REMINDER is not listed.. i changed before the CR cron to WP cron but seems remain in the order the CR cron i not know why
i try now to make it completed and send the reminder manually to see if it works
it said me reminder sent but i not received Reminder in my email… nothing seems work!!!!
If i change the unverified disappear the mandatory consent as i always did…. but in the account page where is the possibility for customer who denied consent to change idea and give the conset for receiving the reminders? due i can contact personally customers to change their mind if they want thanks
NOW on stage site the manual reminders seems work… but not reminders were listed… only the envelope on order status page… i suppose now will work also on live site due i deactivated the indipendently verified by cusrev and also the button for customer’s consent (i will add in my terms and privaci policy this )
Hi,
The order status is set to “Completed” on the settings page Reviews > Settings > Review Reminder tab, so you need to change the order status on WooCommerce > Orders to Completed also to schedule a review reminder.
Also, if you do not want to display a consent checkbox, please switch the “Verified Reviews” option to “No verification” (it is on the “Review Reminder” tab of the plugin’s settings).??
If you would like to use the “Independently verified” option and have CusRev to send review reminders on your behalf, then we require an explicit consent from your customers according to the EU laws.
you said
“The order status is set to “Completed” on the settings page Reviews > Settings > Review Reminder tab, so you need to change the order status on WooCommerce > Orders to Completed also to schedule a review reminder.”
i know but know even if i make the order complete not appear scheduled reminders… i will wait for new orders placed without necessity of consent to see if reminders appear after order change status!!!
