• I searched through plugins, but I am not certain I know the correct terminology, so I apologize if this is obvious and I couldn’t find it.

I want to rewrite the page: mysite.com/now to another page on the same site, but I want the URL and the source code to still show /now, not the new page.

AND I want to schedule it an advance because every 48 hours it will change to a different page (it’s timed content that is free for 48 hours).

I installed the plugin Safe Redirect Manager, it allows you to specify the start date of the redirect but it still shows the new page URL instead of /now (probably because it redirects not rewrites). This is important because I can’t mark the page private after and I don’t want non-paying people to have access after the time period is up.

The htaccess plugins don’t seem to have any scheduling capabilities.

If anybody has any ideas, I’d love to hear.

    Thanks,
    Aimee

I ended up having a plugin created called Schedule Content which I had posted to the repository by Qaisar if you want to use it.
