I scheduled all the dresses in my site to be on sale from July 29 2020 to July 31 2020. First they didn’t all go on sale at the same time. I was sending traffic for a sale and the items weren’t on sale. It eventually put all the dresses on sale. Today is July 31 and I’m still running ads but only one dress is marked sale or has a sale price. I went to one dress that has the regular price marked and put in a new scheduled sale dates of 2020-07-31 to 2020-07-31 and saved it and nothing happened. It is 9:15 am 2020-07-31 and nothing is on sale even though it should be until tonight. I think this would be better if you could put in a date AND time because the system doesn’t work. I don’t want to manually have to put in sales times and then remove them for every product.

    Hi there,

By default, the sale expires at 11:59pm of the specified end date. If it somehow doesn’t work correctly, it might be a sign of a conflict on your site. I’d recommend the following steps to test for a conflict:

The best way to determine if the issue is being caused by a theme and/or plugin is to temporarily switch your theme to Storefront (https://woocommerce.com/products/storefront/?aff=10486&cid=1131038) and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce. Finally, test to see if the issue is resolved by testing sale price and make sure sale items are on sale as expected.

To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, continue to the next step – reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.

Here’s a more extensive explanation in our docs: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

    Tools to help you troubleshoot:

Meks Quick Plugin Disabler is a plugin you can install which will remember what plugins you currently have active so it’s easy to switch them back on. Link: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/meks-quick-plugin-disabler/

You can clone your site to a staging environment and perform tests without modifying your live site or impacting customers. Many hosts provide staging facilities, so it’s worth checking in with them. It’s also possible to do it using the free WP Staging plugin. Link: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-staging/
