    How is UPS notified for a pickup, does this plugin do anything that schedules a pickup or is that done manually with a phone call to UPS scheduling a pickup?

    Hi Damie!
    Thank you for your question. UPS plugin is a live rate plugin and its main purpose is to present UPS plugin rates in the checkout. Currently, the plugin does not offer requesting a pickup or creating a shipping label.

    We consider these features for future development and we will inform if they are available in following releases.
