Scheduling newsletters

With scheduling, I’d like to know if ALO can independently check whether there are new custom-post-types, put them together in a choosen template (either default or my own) and send the email. All this should happen automatically, without intervention of the Admin. In other words I need the system to work out its assigned duties and carry out the job regularly… so I can relax ?? Can it do that?

You can schedule newsletters: you have to set a future published date when save newsletters. But you have to create them manually.
It’s not possible that newsletters can be created and sent automatically and periodically (e.g. a weekly digest newsletter). You should search other plugins with this feature.
