Scheduling Plugin?

So, I have a quick question about plugins

I have a group of people that plays basketball a few times a week, and we typically send out emails to see who is playing. However, I think it would be awesome to have a page on my site (I have WordPress installed) where everyone had their name listed, and there was a yes/no next to it. Then, you could only fill in for your name (would require user to be logged in), but everyone could see who was planning on coming. It would also be great if it could auto reset the values at a specified interval.

Does anyone know of anything like this? I would greatly appreciate any info. Thanks.
